Dictionary Usability Improvements
This update introduces overlay click-through 'auto' mode, seamlessly transitioning between 'enabled' and 'disabled' based on your mouse position. It enhances the user experience, allowing for scroll and click interactions similar to web browsers. To address potential issues, there's now an option to enable overlay clicks even when click-through is in 'enabled' mode.
Note: The hotkey for copying text was temporarily disabled, lowering CPU load. Use the mouse click or hover to copy the text.
Show Overlay Without Stealing Focus
Based on a GitHub suggestion, I have added an option to display the overlay while keeping focus on your current application window. This ensures you won't suddenly lose control of your game while playing with the keyboard.
Linux Support
As many users prefer Linux, I initiated Linux development as soon as possible. While this is the initial Linux release, be aware it may contain bugs and has been tested on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS with X11. Your experience may vary depending on your distro, and I'd appreciate your feedback to enhance compatibility across different distros, given the diversity of Linux desktop environments.
I am aware that click-through 'auto' mode might not work instantaneously as it does on Windows. It should be solved as soon as Electron devs fix this issue.
Next OCR Engine
Supporter madmalkav pointed out that the current OCR engine (PaddleOCR) doesn't include all Jōyō kanji, despite being the latest OCR model provided by PaddlePaddle. While the OCR model might be updated in the future, I'm considering adding support for more OCR engines sooner than planned to address this issue.
Early Access tier members, stay tuned for a poll to vote on the next OCR engine.
A huge thanks to all the supporters!
