Summer Event Pt 1 of 2 - Which Theme?

Wanted to do a poll over the next couple weeks as I start looking into the update AFTER the 'final story' update.
There is still the third costume pack that I want to add and that's what the build coming this summer will be about.
However, there are two themes I'm on the fence about doing. Personally, I have my preferred pick but I'd still like to see what you all want to see.
1. Swimsuits & an event by the Zomi swimming pool
2. Maid outfits & an event back in the lodge or maybe Zomi hotel
Only want to go with one. (Maybe the other theme can be in ZR2?) If there's an overwelming response to a certain theme, that may solidify the likelihood of it occurring. However, the winning result is NOT guaranteed to make it. This just helps me make a decision!
