Behind the session- Tights/Pantyhose

We source all of our tights/pantyhose from 2 locations:
All sheer and seamless pantyhose are from: www.heist-studios.com
All colorful and heavily opaque seamed tights are from: www.welovecolors.com
Each model goes through 3-5 different pairs of pantyhose during each session. This allows us the continued optics of a clean look despite being located outside or in places that are very dirty. 4-6 pairs are traditionally used when shooting outdoors with white tights. Those tend to be quite difficult for our models to keep clean.
We have an extensive retention system for all of the pantyhose we use. Each pair is thoroughly inspected after each use for runs or damage. Tights that pass inspection are cleaned by hand and retained for future sessions. On average, 70% of all tights, socks, and pantyhose are able to be cleaned and repurposed in this way.
As we have such a high standard on the products we use- any staining, slight snag, or imperfection result in a discarding/recycling.
