Comics are on the horizon.
Added 2020-08-29 14:57:34 +0000 UTCWork is underway to getting comics back to production after a.. very.. long time.. Previously I would have a 'skeleton' of a story and run on random ideas that came to me along the way, and that was adventurous enough for me because the random would be fun to explore, but unfortunately it always lasted about 10 pages and my energy would run dry or something cruddy in life would happen to knock me off the groove of the story, and I just do not want that happening any more.
I've been holding off saying too much out of fear of sapping the energy out of the endeavor. At the start of August I wrote out the script in a week, and have been busy turning it into layouts for pages. I've burned thru a lot of pencil lead and paper, and have run out of sheet protectors at 115 page layouts and I'm a little over halfway thru the story.
I just wanted to give an update on what's going on and what's coming up. Once the layouts are done I'll do a revision of it all to make sure the pace goes to my liking, then it will be time to start updating actual Altermeta comics once again. I project this will happen by the end of September to some time in the beginning of October. I'll have more specifics once this phase of comic creation is finalized.
