Preparing for SGR25 pt 2

I mentioned yesterday that I am contemplating making a 1000-piece jigsaw puzzle to commemorate my 25th comics anniversary. The barrier to this is my high standard of jigsaw picture appreciation and the commensurate effort and personal skill required to hit that standard. I want a lot of little people. I want a lot of textures to aid construction of largely homogenous zones. I don't want a lot of sky. I want a little story in there. I want some structures. I want some repetitive elements. I once did a puzzle of a big horse's face and I almost went mad. This cannot be a big horse face situation.

The first stage of the process is to think about all the little people. I want to encompass all characters who have been important to Scary Go Round stories over the last quarter century. Which means I had to draw them all while watching TV. I just needed to see them all at once, but little. These are not the drawings I will use on the puzzle, they're just a reference. Some characters appear twice, to represent different epochs. Note, I ran out of space for the cast of "Destroy History" and a few others, but I've made a note of those.

Perhaps, then, it will amuse some of you to try to identify everyone on my big grid of 128 tiny characters. Bear in mind that some of them have probably not been drawn very well!
