i wanted to say im pretty sure that i have found the issue with my crashes and i am able to use a workaround by disabling specific CPU cores that seems to be making things crash. i was holding any animation work on hold until i know this is fixed because crashing is so bad for my mental, and right now i am 90% sure this is what caused the crashing. so now ill try to finish animation on the side.
