The irony is she's doing a similar thing to her parents even though she says she won't be like them but that's how generational trauma starts and is hard to actually break out of, honestly this got too real in a good way. This story continues to impress, and to be clear It doesn't justify what she did to those boys but I least finally see what her deal is. I think Kang Lim having grown and witnessed genuine love from the other girls he isn't the same shy naive boy he was then, he will find a way to save her too.

2024-02-24 17:22:03 +0000 UTCNot the ESW characters. The people in Kang Lim's real life from before reality merged with the comic all seem to be the kind of dramatic that you'd find in a webtoon. There's Byul here obvs, but also the entirety of the last arc with Yong Su. Heck, Yong Su's sister even got the Webtoon Heroine Sparkle herself (Not even mentioning her having a vague disease that causes plot complications). Even Kang Lim himself kind of feels like that, especially with Byul ending the chapter going "How can someone like this exist?" There's also the school principle but that was more of a one off gag on the fact it was absurd he wasn't from a webtoon. Sometimes I get the feeling that they'd slot into ESW without any problems and I'm not sure if that's intentional or not.
