THAT IS MY SON AKA THE SUN DERRICK MY BOY LETSGOOOOOOOO God I love that entire after credit scene so much- seeing the City of Silver brought to life has me feeling all sorts of ways simply because everything that happens there is metal af. Hopefully we get more of Derrick’s introduction next ep along with lore regarding the Forsaken Land of the Gods as it’s super important to the overall story, and again it’s also metal af (I believe an Old Neil class talked briefly about the Forsaken Land of the Gods but I can’t recall if he really went into detail about it- I’m going to have to rewatch them lol). Also so far his VA is killing it- the pain and sorrow and hopelessness in his prayer is portrayed so beautifully it hurt my heart even more than the novel version did. It’s always exciting getting a new Tarot Club member and seeing what they can bring to the table, both figuratively and literally lol. Great reaction! I can’t wait for more, and hopefully Crunchyroll releases eps 12-13 at the same time because I hear they supposedly flow really well and should be watched back to back for full impact (haven’t seen them yet myself but considering how we’re almost done with volume 1, I can understand why). If they don’t release on the same day though, a lot of people do suggest skipping a week to watch 12-13 together but in the end it’s up to you
