The animation sequence quite went down especially the scene at 9:39-10:05. All of those cuts are quite stiff and basically there is no following animation just a cut drawing like dragging png, that is why it feels off. The attention to detail was not there like The Fire Trails on Shinra. And because of that it wasn't clean enough, maybe they have to sacrifice that to make the mid-end episode looks better because there is some curvilinear perspective on the animation and decent sakuga. I would say this episode was decent/above average on the animation even though they sacrificed some things to it.
