13:20 Wow, I had EXACTLY the same concept in my mind. It’s amazing. Great minds think alike, I guess. Here are my 50 cents: 1) since drawing gestures with your mouse is way harder than just pressing a button, magic should be made appropriately more powerful than usual. 2) complexity of the gesture should correspond to the power of the spell. 3) the most delicious part: some spells should have slightly similar gestures, and the recognition system should determine the relative correspondence of the drawn gesture to each of the available spells, then apply all their effects in corresponding proportion. This will lead to very interesting and comedic situations, when the player hastily draws a sloppy gesture at the heat of the moment and ends up doing something that he was not intending to do.
