The bar to entry for Echo is a bit lower. I've been told by a fair number of people they've avoided String Zero due to feeling somewhat intimidated by it due to the SF-ness, lore, politics or whatever. And that's fair. I can't really adjust for preference. I think the answer is ultimately to cast a wider net rather than trying to convince those who have already made up their mind. I'm just uncertain exactly the best way of doing that right now.

2025-06-25 18:06:24 +0000 UTCThe fact that this vn isn't higher up the reading lists of more people is criminal imo. Plenty of incredibly uncozy experiences got big, most notably echo, which only makes this frustrating (I can't imagine the frustrating on your side!)
