With all major system overhauls there are bound to be a few unforeseen repercussions. We have just hit our first minor difficulty. :p
While trying to mark off all of the entry rewards patrons had already received we noticed patrons from the removed tiers from the over haul weren't showing up. After a little research we learned that if a tier is deleted patrons aren't automatically placed in the next lowest tier.
If you were at our deleted $3, $15, or $20 tiers you will have to edit your pledge to be at the tier you desire to receive rewards from. Just the tier, the amount can stay the same if you'd like.
If any other hiccups as such come up we will be swift with your notification. Time for me to send out more rewards!
