There is no Development Edition this month, instead you can download an advance copy of the next free update.
In this version I have taken Front Royal and Hagerstown and incorporated them into the free version. I have also added Bull Run VA and updated scenery around I66 and I81.
This version has the 'old' Baltimore, I will re-add the new one (and start working on it) shortly.
