C2C Dev Edition v2308 now available to Patrons

It's been a long time coming but I have finally updated the Development Edition. You can download it from this link.
As in previous versions I have been working on the area around the Shenandoah River and Front Royal VA. Now that ATS 1.48 and Oklahoma have been released I should be able to make quicker progress.

I have upgraded to the silver level can I get this new special addition C2C now?? If so how do I go about getting it
