Any Legendary or above skill is essentially a self contained power system, which is why he can use Haki like he does. And she just hasn't really come up. Lots going on and most of it out of her league.

Cause I recently started getting into kingdom hearts (thank you chuggaaconroy) and now I'm seeing all the references which is cool. Also, what happened with kate. She's been absent for a while.
