The source material isn't reactive or even memorization based. Its basically a method of grinding combat instinct. It's just nearly impossible to demonstrate that in a stratified manner, so I tweaked it to a move library that he perfectly selects from.

2025-02-07 23:08:41 +0000 UTCWait wouldn’t his library of moves be offensive not reactive if he never got the initiative in training, since he would be copying their moves, which would all be offensive/aggressive. I don’t know the source material it’s from, but the description makes it out to be away fighting that copies the opponent. So training is constantly being attacked, his move library would be all about attack. I guess also his response to said attacks, but those would be less refined than the actual attacks.
