I've messed around with your comics and animating them. Having a good starting point is the most important thing since AI is stupid if you ask it to do something new. It also sometimes doesn't hold the model very well if you ask it to do something like turn around in a 360. I can send some examples if you have any desire to look.

2025-11-22 11:07:22 +0000 UTCI'm staunchly anti-AI for many many reasons, but admittedly still have a slightly morbid curiosity about the stuff, mainly wondering if it's the miracle tool a lot of its proponents claim it to be (it's not) so I checked these out. It's a neat curio, and the question of stealing people's work is obviously moot given that you're doing it to your own art. The range of movement seems a bit limited, although it was impressive how their appearances were maintained throughout (I guess that's cause it has a base image to go off of.) As a subscriber, I think it's mostly harmless fun, you're just playing around with your own work to share with us and that's fine. I guess the line for me would be if it started impacting the output of the comics, which are what I subscribe for, or if the comics themselves started being Gen AI, which I highly doubt would happen. (If you're gonna do more, try it on some Pastries and Pounds panels, give the GOAT some love!)

2025-11-21 19:56:55 +0000 UTCThat was incredibly well done! I've played around with that stuff before but never been able to make it look as smooth as that. The appearances remained very consistent. Would love to know how you did that (but completely understand if it's a "trade secret" ha).
