Spray booth, let's go!
Added 2022-10-20 16:15:35 +0000 UTCMy friends, the model is ready for painting. The real tank is captured on video just from the left side showing only two mudguard sections still intact. The other side is a complete mystery, so I went with the no-mudguard option because a KV tank without fenders just looks so... different. It suddenly changes from a very bulky tank to something rather sleek yet still heavy-looking.
I'm still awaiting a package with figures, I found some resin tankers in this scale from a brand I can't recall right now (Resicast or something like that), so I'll add one into the hatch later.
I considered adding a bunch of shell impacts on the left side, but decided against them as it might become "too much of everything". As always, the antenna will come as the last detail because it wouldn't survive the painting process, and because I already built a bunch of KV tanks in the past, I know very well those empty mudguard braces won't survive either :D
