Holy shit this animation stuff takes a long time when (a) you accidentally record 35 minutes of content instead of 15 and are too stupid to edit it back, and (b) have a laptop that sounds like an arthritic duck*.

My thought that animation would be quicker and more convenient was, in principle, correct. But I didn't anticipate what have twice as many frames would do to the processor speed of my 8-year-old Dell XPS17.

However, I was hugely motivated by the fact that my most recent video has hit 1.1k views! This is huge for me. Most of my videos barely scrape three figures if I'm lucky. Until now, my most popular video was the one taking a shot at AK Interactive, which has garnered 500 views over two years. So to pull in 1.1k in just three days utterly blew me away.

Good thing too, because it's the only thing that motivated me to take the three... f***ing days it's taken to put this video together. Odds are that, in the fact of all that effort, this new video will be a complete flop and get about twelve views including my Mum who plays it on mute while she makes dinner so I get the viewing hours credit**.

However, I have also learned some important lessons in the process about things I do that waste a lot of time unnecessarily, so the next video will be (1) no more than 15 minutes long and (2) take a slightly different approach with the supporting images. Hopefully, this will keep the whole thing far more manageable and a lot quicker!

I've got a little short-list of future subjects for episodes that I'll share with you guys soon as a poll to see what people might fancy seeing next.

*I'm actually looking after an arthritic duck at the moment while its owners are on holiday. No, really!

EDIT - I have tried SO hard in this video and elsewhere to make sure I always say "WarCrow" and not "WarCry". I think I got it right but, holy crap, I was sure I was going to screw it up at some point.
