Next Mini Design - Ngana
Added 2021-07-05 10:00:00 +0000 UTCThis is Ngana, the mech pilot. There are a number of changes still to be made (that cable will go elsewhere).
She will, obviously, work well as an EWOp or even a Doc, but thematically she's a pilot and her equipment is designed to allow her to integrate her headset with pretty much any vehicle with an in-built AI (once a helpful EWOp has wrangled it to compliance) so in the team she doesn't just drive the mech - she also flies the shuttle, drives the car and operates any other heavy machinery the team needs to use in the course of their mission.
Ngana has almost supernatural spatial awareness and is one of only a tiny number of people who always knows what direction she's facing, regardless of planet or disorientation. In short, she literally cannot get lost.
We're finalizing the details of the sculpt, now, and then we'll move on to the last one: KB-3, the humanoid combat drone/robot. Once KB-3 is done, I'll be heading to resin master casting and making the final preparations for whatever crowdfunding campaign I decide is going to be the one to take this to manufacturing.
