Zero Dark Miniatures - Feels Like Progress...

I had some reservations regarding my original printer. The price was very high, and the only available material was white, which was incredibly hard to work with, when it came to QC. So I took the advice of my sculptor and had Mr Lee's Minis take a stab at them.

The overallyquality of the print was about the same, but Kyle (not Lee, confusingly) prints in grey resin and exclusively does minis, so the results are superior. Also, vastly cheaper than my original choice. All part of the learning process, folks.

Anyway, I've assembled these two for demo purposes. Kurtz's carbine is missing its suppressor - I specifically chose this one because it was slightly damaged. No biggie. And Abdalla still has the smaller carbine, here. I've had the sculptor make a new version of her arm with the carbine the same size as Kurtz's, but I've not had it printed yet. I may keep and convert the old one as a "machine pistol" version, as I have always planned for alternate weapon options.

Anyway, once I've got the new arms printed, these will be ready to pass on for resin casting. And once all four minis are in resin, I'll be ready to start planning the KS in earnest.

For newcomers: the minis will be turned into resin masters which will then be cast in white metal for retail. Resin masters will be available for patrons only once the KS is complete.
