1:1 scale Zero Dark Venusian rifle - WIP 2
Added 2021-02-04 15:18:46 +0000 UTCLonger-term patrons, or those who've really looked back at the posts over the last eighteen months, may remember that at one point I made a cardboard cutout of the rifle design the Zero Dark Miniatures will be carrying when they're done (we're making slow progress).
Well, I couldn't leave well enough alone. I expanded it a while back with some foamcore to illustrate optional poses to the sculptor. And then I took delivery of a new mirror that was full of XPS.
As you may know, I'm very keen on recycling, up-cycling and waste reduction, so...
I couldn't resist building the rifle up a little bit more.
Now, I've never done anything like this before, so if any of you have any experience with Worbla and want to tell me how the hell to use it, please do feel free. Otherwise I'm just going to make it up. 😉
