Damn I swear some how Joey is like the pastor he always somehow says something exactly relatable to what you going through. The past is eating me up. I’ve been too proud to admit I have trauma and I think I’m finally ready to get help. Cause this shit is eating me up everyday. Reefer and some meditation has helped me a lot and made me aware of the trauma but fuckk… he’s right you gotta let that shit go it does eat you alive you don’t even know it. Also something so simple Joey said that just stuck with me. “I fixed everything that made me loose my daughter “ that made me look at myself. To the worst event in my life and mistake I made. What was I doing at the time? How do I avoid that. I need to fix everything that was wrong with me when I made my life’s worst mistake and lost people. DEEP.
