Operation Nemesis - Patron Input Required!

I 'm making great progress finalizing the layout and content of Operation Nemesis, which looks great with a lot more artwork and setting, plus designer's notes etc.  We're looking good for the end of October, with the main obstacle to overcome being me getting all the necessary minis painted in time.

However...

The book is now substantially longer that the core rulebook.  I've just passed 100 pages and I haven't done the index yet.  This means it will also be more expensive, likely to retail at £25-30 for the hardback.  Do I...

1.  Just go with it.  It might be unusual for a sourcebook to be longer than the core rulebook, but it's just got more content.

2.  Remove some content.  This would probably be the "New Rules" section, which I would blister out, as planned, into a free supplement but not also include in Operation Nemesis.  I don't like this, because it means that people with the books on their shelves don't have all the rules handy in those books.  Alternatively I could remove some of the setting and fiction.  But I don't think it's excessive and a lot of people love reading it.

3.  Release it as a paperback instead of a hardback.  Again, it would lose some "shelf appeal", but it would keep the cost down a bit.

Obviously, there might be room to do more than one of these, but the poll is just for your most preferred option, as a gamer with an interest in Zero Dark.

EDIT:  4.  Extract some less critical content to a "bonus content" document as a Patreon-exclusive.  I can't add this to the poll, now I've created it, but I might end up doing this.  I've got things like extra background on Bal Anub and their "official" stats, and suggestions for alternative ways of approaching the Control Deck.

Personally £25-30 is a good price for a key game book. I've paid £40 for several RPG main books.

After much thought - and I'll give this poll the week to run, but I think most people have probably had their say, if they're interested - I reduced the font size to 10pt, given feedback above. I then removed the "Most Wanted" section. I'm toying with the option of extracting FEAR, as well, and re-writing Mission 10 to remove the FEAR rules from the campaign. So far, it's down to 90 pages-ish, which is more manageable, for sure. Most Wanted was struggling a bit to fit into the narrative, so it makes sense to remove it and release it as a separate thing. I'm toying with the idea of having a special release either through Patreon or through my website, or similar. Get in a stock of a particular miniature and sell it with special rules for Zero Dark. When the stock is gone, it's gone (although you can still get it from the original manufacturer) and the special rules become a free digital download instead.
