Antediluvium Help
Added 2020-07-19 11:00:03 +0000 UTCOK, guys, so I need six "tribes" for AD. I've got:
- Police (ofc)
- Hackers (natch)
- Organized Crime
- Wildlings (pseudo survivalists)
- Antimelders (political agitators with an old-fashioned attachment to this "democracy" thing)
I need one more.
I'm mostly torn between robots (runaway AIs who have escaped from the control of the meld), corporations (enforcing the status quo for fun and profit) and cultists (weirdos who will turn up again in Operation Nemesis). I added mutants because, at a pinch, I could fit them into the setting but would rather not unless they have overwhelming support. But I'm very much open to any other clever suggestions.

2020-07-22 08:06:12 +0000 UTCI really like the idea of rouge AIs trying to hide and be free from from the meld. I also like the idea of corporations using deniable assets hiring teams from different factions to do their dirty work. They could be represented by some sort of special tech or benefit that is balanced by detriment. It could provide some additional flavor to different teams in the same faction.
