Added 2020-06-05 11:55:52 +0000 UTCI'm a white English guy sitting at a laptop in Gloucestershire. It would be easy for me to look at the news, right now, and to decide that it's not my problem, that there's nothing I can do and that it's all too complicated and outside my experience.
But change doesn't need everyone on the barricades. It just needs everyone to do what they can, in whatever way they can. And if we can make #BlackWargamersMatter, however clumsily, however ignorant, however awkward it might feel, then we are, at least, moving history in the right direction.
Roll dice. Change the world.

I thought your Black Wargamers podcast was very apposite, and delivered with a considered approach for a conversation ( sadly) aimed at an audience almost exclusively made up of white men. The entire hobby needs to pay much more attention to, and importantly celebrate, inclusivity of all groups if it's going to avoid being percieved, when noticed at all, as a redundant niche populated by social dinosaurs - big-game hunting Dentist's... no, thanks.
