Added 2020-05-15 11:03:43 +0000 UTCWhen I'm planning a project, I often reach out to folks with relevant products to see if they'll extend me some samples. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. But I'm always pretty clear with folks: I will probably buy their stuff anyway. Free stuff just places an obligation on me to make sure that their products get a prominent billing (although reviews are still as honest as I can make them).
WDM did not send me anything for free. This is just a bee-yootiful mini. I cannot wait to get it based and painted. It will definitely be my chosen piece for playtesting X Mechs! I also have a couple of other, similarly-scaled but very different-looking mechs coming my way and will do reviews on them, too, once they land.
Long story short, though, if you fancy mechs in your ZD games and you play at 28mm, this is a good one to get!
