Operation Nemesis - Special Characters

The $5+ patrons had their say on this a little while ago and I got some good recommendations. But as I've got room for more, I'm pushing this down to the $3 patrons too.
I want to feature some special characters in Operation Nemesis. These will be a mix of Bosses and Allies. In simplest terms, if you include a special Boss in a mission and win, you unlock the right to use a special Ally in future missions.
So far, I've got four: two Bosses and two Allies, but I'd like a minimum of four of each. So I'm after recommendations or suggestions for miniatures you think would fit into the Fallen Earth. They have to be available as physical miniatures (so no HeroForge stuff or things only available as an STL). They have to be available as 28mm (sorry, 15mm people: I love you, but you're just not as marketable). They cannot be directly associated with a game their manufacturer also produces (so, for example, one of the existing suggestions was the Armoured Commissar from Anvil Industry - Anvil do have their own game, but Armoured Commissar isn't for that game, and although he's obviously "for" 40k, Anvil Industry doesn't make 40k). One miniature per manufacturer. Current featured manufacturers are:

Hasslefree Miniatures
So no suggestions from any of those. Although there's nothing definite, yet, there's a good chance that, if you suggest something and it ends up being featured, you might get a painted version (or even *the* painted version) in the post after Operation Nemesis drops.
