Operation Nemesis - Mission 1
Added 2020-03-30 13:59:59 +0000 UTCObviously, there's going to be a lot of play-testing and suchlike going into the design of Operation Nemesis, but wherever I can, I'll share some stuff to give you guys an insight into what's coming and to get your feedback on how things look so far.
Operation Nemesis will focus, thematically, on the other side of the story from the main rulebook, looking in more detail at the characters and motivations of the Venusian mission.
A society built on strength and fear, living in a world determined to kill them, even the Fallen Earth might as well be a paradise to the Venusian mission - but it's still a Paradise that might kill the unwary. Your team has been assembled by Vidi, the Venusian Intelligence Directorate, to explore the area near the primary base not far from Nairobi. Their job is to understand the locals and feedback insights to the intelligence analysts who are trying to help their squabbling masters make something resembling a decision.
In the first mission, frustrated by their inability to get progress from the leadership, your senior analyst has dispatched you to identify, kidnap and retrieve for interrogation a "community leader" from the local survivors.
