I have worked out WGV discounts!

I am on tenderhooks, right now, hoping that the test printing of the hard copy edition of Zero Dark will come through my door any day. All my fingers are tightly crossed that I got it right right time.

It took me at least three goes to get Over the Horizon right. I still have the test copies kicking around, somewhere.

Anyway, because I've worked out how to do WGV discounts, my patrons will all get a discount code for the hard copy edition worth twice whatever your patron level is. This is in addition to the free or discounted copies you might be eligible to get from me if you've been a long-time patron.

Once my product range gets larger, there might be a monthly discount code added to patron rewards but, for now, I'm not sure there's a lot of point.

Anyway, this means that everyone gets a little something, that no one has to wait until I've ordered my own copies, and that some of you can get two copies so you can share one with a fellow gamer and get some Versus action going down as soon as we're all released from lockdown.

Your vouchers will need to be keyed either to your email address or to your WGV customer number, so once I've confirmed that the files are ready I'll be in touch with each of you to get that information. Of course, if you don't want the discount, you don't need to reply to that message.

I also need to add a huge "thank you" to Ivan at Nordic Weasel Games, who helped me work out how to do the voucher thing. He also gave me some really honest, useful and free advice, one indy designer to another. He's a 100% stand-up guy and if you wanted to show Nordic Weasel some love, they would totally deserve it.
