Unfortunately, the higher gravity on Earth means they have had to scale back the amount of equipment they can carry compared to their typical load-out on Mars, and have even stripped back their customary heavy armour to something more manageable on the homeworld.
They still tend to be ludicrously over-equipped, by both Terran and Venusian standards.
