Example of Play 1
Added 2019-10-10 14:50:08 +0000 UTCAt the request of one of my awesome patrons, I put together a two-page example of play. I have to warn you that, as the game's designer, what I do on the tabletop doesn't always reflect what it says in the version of the rules you may have in your hands at any given moment. So if, for example, the behaviour of the Red Force is different, or the exact calculation one does to work out the target number for, say, cautious movement is a little off, just bear with me.
There are a few rules that are still in flux and I veer wildly from one version to the other at a moment's notice. But, fortunately, the nice thing about solo play is that you can, of course, do the same thing if you want to!
This example of play is available for everyone to see, to help anyone on the fence to decide if Zero Dark is a project they would like to support (hint: it is), but obviously the details of the rules are available only to patrons.

Precisely.
