No Early Access on Stellar Blade mods - the public modding communities that support Stellar Blade have different rule sets to the ones that deal with Hoyo/WuWa/Anime games.
INSTRUCTIONS
Copy and Paste Mod Files (.pak, .ucas, .utoc) into
Steam\steamapps\common\StellarBlade\SB\Content\Paks\~mods
directory - where ever your Steam directory is located.
Ensure you only have one version of the mod (either Normal or Bare Legged, not both) for each costume you use in your mod folder (you can zip up backups and place them into a zipped folder in your mod directory if you want them close by).
Extra mods will simply override each other until it loads the last in the list (loads alphabetically first, then mods with _P at the end).
