There are two versions, one with pubes and one without. Pick whichever one you want!

REQUIREMENTS: UMPD Loader (Umamusume Pretty Derby Loader) https://gamebanana.com/tools/20289
Unzip the mod into the Mods Folder
Run UMPD_ML.py
Click Load Assets and the mod should work!
