Cloud Retainer was clearing out Shenhe's old closet and found one of her outfits. For some reason, she decided to put it on and now we have this mod!
Although this outfit is fitting, I can't help but feel like this has the same vibe as a 30+ year old woman wearing a schoolgirl outfit...
