Ok, but you need to have a Agility/Rum for the Nimby Turn or do i get that wrong.

You often gain the option to choose the better card if you draw two different cards versus a pair of the same blue or red, given they are not high staples which you already ran 3 of. Sand sketched plan also give you a chance to tutor one of those reds. And flexibility to micro side boarding - a little card can help you seal the game at times.
