I'm wondering are you trying to move away from minecraft because of the recent takedowns of popular NSFW Minecraft creations or just personal preference? Biggest thing I would say here is the face, it's a pretty quality model but the face looks somewhat off to me. The volume and shape of the hair is very nice though.
