And ofc it's degenerated, several scandals with self-arm, suicide (a very popular one among these cyborg with the RetexTM blade), and a battle on the Est front which getting totally crazy with mass suicide cannibalism etc... After this, the project was stopped and people abandoned to themself with impossibility to survive without heavy maintenance and mental help. Few of them worked for various mafia gang or as mercenary, but the most part just died in the total indifference.
