With an ancient legend claiming that the now rough, grass-barren land used to be a massive, magical lake. Seeing a thriving city on that land seems quite farfetched.
However, this place has a direct link to the Underworld. Even serving as the capital of the Living World on top of that! It's a very unique place!
In fact, it's so interesting. That it's split into three sections!
The Exterior, experience heavy rains throughout the year.
While the Insulation, as they call it, has light rain while also suffering some dust clouds.
Finally, the Interior has nothing but desert-like terrain. Often dry throughout the year, however, they are far from suffering drought.
