Elements
Added 2022-04-10 15:26:24 +0000 UTCEach element has two different states, a base and a (strong). It is still the same element, it is just a stronger version. Elemental true dragons become one with their element.
Natural elements:
The common elements:
Heat (Fire)
Water (Ocean)
Pressure (Force)
Earth (Stone)
The uncommon elements:
Heat + Water: Mist (Steam)
Heat + Pressure: Light (Lightning)
Heat + Earth: Shadow (Darkness)
Water + Pressure: Current (Tsunami)
Water + Earth: Healing (Restoration)
Pressure + Earth: Gravity (Earthquake)
The rare elements:
Heat + Water + Pressure: Snow (Ice)
Heat + Water + Earth: Forest (Overgrowth)
Heat + Pressure + Earth: Mineral (Metal)
Water + Pressure + Earth: Buff (Power up)
The noble element:
All 4: Crystal (Diamond)
Unnatural elements:
Additionally there is the unnatural/reflected/corrupted/man-made elements, where an element have been artificially reflected or changed. These elements don't happen in nature.
Here are some examples of unnatural elements:
Heat = Slow (Freeze)
Water = Dry (Dehydrate)
Pressure = Aurodinamic (Speed)
Earth = Air (Wind)
Healing = Sickness (Plauge)
Gravity = Void (Vacuum)
Forest = Decomposition (Decay)
Buff = Debuff (Power Down)
Of course things like "air" and "being dry" still exist naturally. "Air" is just not a natural element. As such, "elemental wyvern - Air" doesn't exist.
Comments
I didn't want it to be metal as I feel like that is too overused. I hadn't considered having it be stone, and I can see how that might make more sense. I'll have to consider it a bit more, but I might change it... Thanks for pointing it out to me!
2022-04-20 08:41:04 +0000 UTCI have been wondering and this is a good place to bring it up. Why is the stronger earth element earthquake, rather than say stone or metal? Wouldn't earthquake be a combination of earth and force?
