I've been looking at my process for the past few months along with looking at some other creators that I've followed / supported and I'm deciding to change how I do physical rewards going forward. This is primarily to remove the deadlines and make the process a bit easier for everyone.
The new process will function as follows:
All physical rewards will be send the month after the pledges have been received rather than having a hard cut off date to meet the original month (which those in the physical rewards haven't always received in time). If you are a gold-tier patron, that means the sketches you request from me this month will be sent out to you in December - and if you cancel your Gold-tier membership at any time, your final piece will be sent to you the month after you leave.
Primarily, this is a means to reduce crunch time and to not have to be concerned with potential folks who decide to come in after the cut off date and having to find a way to work around them.
This will also apply to the new tier I'll be introducing soon, but I simply wanted to keep everyone in the know for how things will be handled going forward. If you have any issues, please let me know.
