Big Update For All Patrons!

Hey everyone!

We've been a little quiet on the Patreon front of late, and far more active in the Discord community, but we appreciate all of you greatly! If you're in a higher tier and you haven't joined our Discord yet, then you're missing out!

We've recently had our noses pushed to the grindstone as we have had a very busy period with students, community events, and, of course, working on new Kardashev material. However, we're finally in a position where we can focus on getting more content on the channel and doing even more for our community!

Currently, we have a lot in the pipeline coming very soon including exciting new co-reactions, new Kardashev material, and new types of content on the horizon...

If you're in our community already you will know that we regularly have three events:

Friday Listening Parties - Every Friday, starting at 7pm EST, 4pm PST etc. - Come and wind down the week / kick off the weekend with the community. We listen to new music that came out in the last week and discuss all manner of topics. Usually a lot of laughter and goes long into the night / morning / next day as we have a global community. We've also had some special guests pop by from time to time including the vocalists of Justin (Tallah), Dickie (Infant Annihilator), Johnny (Carcosa / Angelmaker), Mike (Angelmaker), Dan (ex-Enterprise Earth), Joe (Fit For An Autopsy) and others! These are usually hosted by Alex and the longest one we ever had went for 17 hours - mad! If you haven't checked one out yet, we'd love to see ya!

Heroic Events - These are for our Heroic and Legendary patrons only. These are also open to students of Kardavox Academy subscribed to a lower tier.

VoxTalk - This is an event that happens once a month where Mark and Alex host a discussion based on vocals and being a vocalist. In our most recent edition of this, we took a census from you guys to see what you wanted most from this event - so watch this space as this will change over the coming months!

Kardavox Karaoke - One of our most popular events! Each month, that dastardly villain Alex selects four songs grouped under The Meme, The Scream, The Clean, and The Curveball and we all get a week or two to practice! The motto for karaoke is to "Show up, and fuck up" and we have a lot of fun doing it! This is a super fun event, and one that is very much focused on supporting one another!

Heroic events take place on Sundays at 11am PST, 12pm MT, 2pm EST, 7pm GMT,  8pm CET so that our European friends and family can get involved! Usually, it's the second and last Sunday of each month, but be sure to keep your eyes peeled on the Announcements page of the Discord server.

If you're in the higher tiers, make sure to take advantage of these great events!

Not to mention that every month, a Patron is randomly selected as a winner of a free 20 - 30 minute vocal evaluation with me, valuable one-on-one time to work on your voice, or we can just shoot the shit about anything to your heart's content!

To win, you need to be an Epic patron or higher and take part in the community and come to events - couldn't be easier!

Also, keep your eyes peeled today for a new post regarding the April Patreon pick! As March was so busy and we didn't do one, we'll be doing TWO Patreon picks for the month of April, and there will be TWO winners of our monthly contest - so if you're not in the Discord yet, now's a great time to join!

Of course, now we have some stuff in the pipeline, we want to ask you guys - what do YOU want to see? We have some cool ideas for new content, events, and more, but we'd love to hear what you guys want from us at Kardavox Academy!

Thanks for all of your patience and support, it's truly overwhelming.

Mark & Alex.

Y’all gotta listen to immortal disfigurement - dragged through the inferno, something awesome vocally happens at 2:40

As a new patron, I’m just excited for everything you’ve said! The only thing I could think of as a future goal or whatever would be to do a laryngoscopy or something as you perform and describe different vocal techniques being used. I know Charismatic Voice did this with Will Ramos, but I would LOVE to see you do this with yourself.
