and before i forget, ‘exhale, inhale’ is a very interesting and fitting title for the subject matter of the song. while you were reacting, i exhaled and inhaled in time with the song and it sends a physiological feeling of panic, very fitting for how unbalanced we are with and in the world. i also think musically the ‘exhale’ being shorter’ and ‘inhale’ being longer could represent how we give so little back to the world but we take so much.

2025-07-20 01:40:08 +0000 UTCi’m low on energy, but i just wanted to comment that ‘this could be a dream’ is one of my favorites from aurora. to me, it really represents how i feel about the things that disable me (but ultimately make up who i am) - autism, ocd, adhd, dissociation (derealization and depersonalization), depression, etc. ‘being so alive can hurt so very much’ the whole song is so cathartic to sing along to and let myself feel

Like an Eve eating a fruit from a tree of Eden. This album has a lot of mythology, so it was hardest to connect to for me. Love your reactions! :)
