LANA DEL RAY - AKA Lizzy Grant Music Videos - Full Uncut Reaction

I have a theory about this album (more specifically Yayo, the title of the album, and how Ocean Blvd brought us back to Lizzy Grant.) So, in Yayo when she sings, “Hello Heaven You are a tunnel lined with yellow lights On a dark night (Dark night)” I think that is metaphorically the death of Lizzy Grant and the last line “Let me put on a show…” being sung in a haunting way matched with the haunting production is her talking to the entire world saying “watch me become Lana Del Rey” and her career ever since then is the show she “put on” for us. Which is also why she chose that specific title for the album. In Ocean Blvd, the album sort of goes through a metaphorical tunnel from start to finish (has her most personal lyrics to date, reveals things we never knew before, explains just how bad the relationship with her mother actually is, talks in detail about family, DEATH is a big topic, etc..) Well, I believe that by the end of the album she has left behind the “Lana Del Rey Persona” for good and returned to being Lizzy Grant. Which is why I think she gave us one last call back on the final track to her most iconic song as Lana Del Rey (depending on who you ask of course,) “Venice Bitch.” It’s a way of saying goodbye to Lana, not just for the fans, but also for herself. Idk it’s just my theory and I like to think of it that way, even if I’m possibly wrong.

Btw, in Kill Kill you can see her touching her neck while saying "I'm in love with a diamond" 😉 Mermaid motel video seems to me like she's exposed, maybe from that time when she was pole dancing and maybe working the night.. and def Little girls becomes creepier with the visuals. Lana was the first one to talk about the me too movement, expose what was happening behind the scenes, and maybe foreshadowing Harvey's disgusting plot. For me, this song and Cola are sister songs, it's like a part 1 "I'm trying to reach the industry and that's what I found out " and part 2 "what happened -with me - when I got there"

Ohh thank you!!! You can't even imagine how I needed this today!! ❤️❤️ Hearing all this songs while remembering the shoot from last night where she reaches Jeremy while crying... I'm so proud to see where she is now and that she finally had her happy ending, with a person that understands and supports her! ❤️❤️
