Especially for my Lana Supporters:

As many of you know I’ve gone on a little mini-break to make sure I don’t burn out while writing my Born to Die essay to finish off this amazing part of Lana’s discography. But after a few days of rest I’m feeling so much better to continue on the journey (maybe not so intense this time).

Here’s proof I’m balancing self-care and my passions. Some relaxing skincare, on the couch, listening to some more Lana and doing some more analysis.

No promises for this weekend (although that’s my current aim) but definitely back on track and I’m going to care for myself and my wellbeing a bit better this time.

Thanks so much all of you for your continued support and compassion while I navigate my own boundaries and manage my hyperfixations.
