Hello! It's me Piper of PiperMakes~
This is an amount of information to cover for some of the future things for PiperMakes, so I'm just kinda get into it.
(presented in two formats because I thought when I started this post this morning, that a video would be a good idea):
So to start this off web tech site stuff:
I made a post covering some of this earlier in the year about CG&T getting a rebrand. Starting tomorrow, Comics Games and things will become Printed WarGames. This will instead of being more dispersed like the current CG&T, focus entirely on the file side of of things, be it distribution/sales/etc, and all previous links will redirect to here. While this shouldn't impact anything client side initially, the goal is that this will give Printed WarGames some much needed bandwidth to work on improving things about the current. I'll link to the previous post as well if you want to read a bit more into it, the only thing that's changed is the domain name from the initial post. This will not impact your files. But the site will be down till tomorrow around 10am MST.

Turning on to the FishMech. Jeez, it's been almost 3 years huh. At the beginning of this project I had no idea that it would grow into something like this. Building a community, making *thousands* of bits, and yet here we are. It's a bit...bittersweet, but I'm honestly glad that I'm gonna be starting work on something else. So are you done with the FishMech? No, I'm definitely not, but I am done with having them be at the forefront of release. I might, work on some stuff in the background, but I'm mostly going to be focusing on the VoidCrafted now. At this point, I've got a pretty diverse library for kitbashing/building most of the things you'd want to build, and I think it's a good spot to put a pin in it especially after this months little add on set~
(Also I will never make a Tuna. Stop asking me to make a Tuna.)
I've been kinda teasing/showcasing some of the early Work in progress pics of this as well as a bunch of Kabewski's base concept art for it for almost half a year+ now. The VC are a concept I started cooking up in my head as a thing I wanted to try fleshing out, and kinda comin from my own head. I really want to work with the idea of these porcelain ball jointed things with an emphasis on void and negative spaces. It's a little hard to describe, but the end effect I think is quite nifty~ They've taken a bit to refine from the initial model sketches, and concept pieces, but overall I'm really excited to be getting into things and I hope that kinda comes through to you guys. They're a challenge to model and really push the things I can do with Fusion. But I think the results are going to be quite rad with them. I'm going to be starting things off (August 4th) with what I would consider to be a "base unit' of sorts for them, and I'll branch out from there.
So uh, are they modular like the Fishmech? Yes and then some. I'm taking a lot of what I learned while working on the FishMech and kinda putting it into practice here from the beginning. I plan to get more into this on the first set of posts for them later on in the month~
But hey, what units do these proxy? I don't know I just think they're neat.
Lastly I wanted to over some Patreon stuff, Moving forward the plan is to add two additional tiers to the current Overseer tier. The current tier($10) which will continue on as usual with the standard VC monthly releases, this one's just business as usual, and if you're already subbed then you don't really need to change anything.
The first of the new tiers is also $10 and will basically be a re-run of the Fishmech stuff. If you missed out on some of the Fishmech stuff, or if you're just getting here in general, and aren't interested in the VC, then that's the tier for you.
And lastly a kinda joint tier at $15(this might be a bit higher in the final), that will basically just include both, the VC release, and the current FishMech re-run.
Anyway.
I've tried to keep this mostly concise and short, but it's still a chunk of text and if you made it here congrats x'D I plan to take a little break at the start of the month, a little needed get away from computer screens I think~ but anyway this has gone on for a bit, and I just wanted to say thanks to all the folks that have come along, and are still sticking around to this day. I'm excited for the next part of this project~
I'll have a month end post as usual on top of this later today with renders and the usual~

(I'm uh not that eloquent, and I just used my stream setup to make this x'D (Umm ummmmm umm um ummm))
