Clown girls hair!

I'm giving this one yellow hair pulled into pigtails, so I painted her scalp yellow
I glued pink wefts around the hairline for streaks
Then place yellow wefts around the hairline. Just one layer is all that's needed for the hairstyle
I wrap wefts around a bit of wire to make ponytails
I glue them into holes drilled into the head, pull all the rest of the hair to the ponytail, and rubber band it
I cinch up some tulle to make scrunchies
For the other girl, afro puffs. I make green and blue pompoms out of yarn, and arrange lengths of yarn to pull to where the puff would be, similar to what I did before but with a different look.
I glue the pompoms into place
