I’m gonna do the best I can to explain what I’ve done here!

Here’s the sculpts we’ll be working with!

I start by pulling all of the fabric i think I’ll need

I build the bodies from fleece (which i believe I’ve already posted that process here!)

The first article of clothing I create for this doll is the fishnets. I cut small rectangles, the length of the legs, out of real fishnets

I stitch the net while it’s on the doll. It looks ugly from the back, but nice from the front.

Since this doll will have a short skirt, I make some “underwear” by cutting out a rectangle of fabric and cutting some leg holes into it

I pull it tight and hot glue it to the front, back, and sides, then glue the extra flaps back. This will be hidden

For her dress, I just had to wrap a tube of faux leather around her torso

I hot glued it into place, and cut a couple of slits into the bottom

I cover the back seam with a bit of red fabric

She looks pretty cute as is!

Onto her jacket, I cut out rectangles of black pleather

Then I cut them into a better shape

I hand stitch them into tubes to be sleeves

I add thin strips of pleather as a belt detail around the cuffs

I cut out the front and back of the jacket. I usually start with a rectangle and go back and forth wrapping the piece against the doll, then trimming to fit

I hand stitch them together like a little tank top

I turn it inside out and insert the sleeves, stitching them on

I put it on the doll where it will stay permanently

I cut a “V” into the front of the jacket, and cut out lapels, belt loops, and a pocket detail that I superglue onto the jacket

I cut out a ghost from a printed fabric and cover it in tacky glue, fixing it to the back of the jacket

I use some black acrylic paint to cover the raw edges of the pleather

I use a dotting tool and silver paint to add rivets and zippers

I superglue on jewelry connectors as doll-sized zipper pulls

I use small lengths of chain to make two necklaces, and superglue on a couple nail art spikes to the shoulders

I then glued on her boots, hands, and head with hot glue- and I’m done!
