Yeah, as it was said, Techmo/Samson was first introduced in what should've been season 3 episode 15, "Skips vs. Technology," but you didn't see it since it's not on Hulu. In that episode, we're shown a flashback of Skips fixing Samson's wooden arm when the park was a battlefield in the American Revolution. Along with seeing Skips throughout the years, meeting Mr. Maellard when he was still a younger man in the late 1800s, as well as a little Pops in 1910.
