Suki’s outfit Part 1
Added 2022-03-14 19:00:48 +0000 UTCI was gonna put this all in one post, but now that I’m having to paint a whole bedroom, I’m gonna give you what I have so far!
Naked!
I craft her some underwear as she’ll be wearing a skirt
Fishnets are made from real fishnets. They’re ugly from behind but look good up front. Then I cut them up a bit
I sew and turn some tubes that will be her sleeves
And hand paint some messy stripes onto them. This isn’t fabric paint or anything, just straight black acrylic.
Here’s where it gets hard to explain- for her top, I cut out a rectangle of fabric to size, then while laying it over the doll, I use small scissors to trim arm and neck holes. I then trace and cut out the same shape for the back.
I sew the pieces together and turn them
It was a little baggy on her, so I took in the sides with an invisible stitch!
